Shoppin : Designing for decision-making, not just browsing

Most users don’t drop off because they don’t like a product. They drop off because they’re unsure.

At Shoppin, I focused on reducing this uncertainty.

I designed a virtual try-on experience to help users better judge fit and style before purchase. By restructuring the flow around how users actually evaluate products, this led to a 13% drop in user drop-offs at a critical decision point.

I also worked on improving product discovery, redesigning parts of the search experience and integrating “Make My Fit”, a feature that guides users toward more relevant clothing based on contextual product inputs.

The goal wasn’t just better UI. It was to make choosing feel easier, faster, and more confident.

Zoffers : Designing a student discount platform from scratch

Zoffers connects students looking for discounts with brands seeking access to a student audience.

I worked on building both the product identity and the web experience from the ground up, designing an end-to-end platform covering onboarding, browsing, and offer discovery.

The focus was to create a system that feels trustworthy for brands and effortless for students, balancing two different user needs within a simple, clear experience.

Rabbit Invest : Designing for non-tech-savvy financial distributors

At Rabbit Invest, I worked on two core products focused on mutual fund distributors, many of whom were older users (45+) with low digital familiarity.

I designed a CRM platform from scratch to help distributors manage their customers, focusing on simplifying workflows, reducing cognitive load, and making complex financial tasks easier to navigate.

I also translated the company’s mobile app into a web experience, adapting interactions and layouts to better suit desktop usage while maintaining consistency in identity and usability.

This work required designing for clarity over complexity, ensuring the product remained intuitive for users who are not naturally comfortable with digital tools.
